We started in real estate and have grown into a company that serves our community across multiple industries, including facilities maintenance, landscaping, janitorial services, hauling, and property management.

Everything we do is guided by our values, a strong work ethic, and a genuine commitment to the people and places we serve. We are not a faceless corporation. When you work with Morales Group, you work directly with ownership — and that means accountability on every job, every time.

We are an active SAM.gov registered small business pursuing federal service contracts across Virginia, bringing the same standards of professionalism and reliability to government work that we apply to every client relationship.

Angel Morales

Founder & Owner, Morales Group LLC

Angel Morales is a Virginia-based entrepreneur and operations leader whose career spans high-volume logistics, manufacturing, and technology. A graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a degree in Business and Economics, Angel developed a foundation in discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking that has carried through every chapter of his professional life.

Before founding Morales Group, Angel served as an Area Manager at Amazon, where he led outbound operations teams of over 100 associates, drove significant quality improvements, and was selected to operate at an elevated capacity coordinating real-time execution across multiple departments. He later served as the Site Production Manager at Blue Ridge Pallet LLC, overseeing manufacturing operations for the largest pallet manufacturer on the east coast.

Angel is also the founder of Genesis AI Solutions LLC and its flagship product, HouseGenie.io, a multi-state digital real estate transaction platform designed to eliminate inefficiencies through structured compliance controls and automated workflows.

He launched Morales Group LLC with a clear mission: to build a faith-driven company that delivers real, reliable service to clients in the Shenandoah Valley and beyond. Deeply rooted in the local community, Angel brings executive-level operational discipline to a business that stays personal, accountable, and grounded in its values.
